Pineapple chaat

Check out our quick and easy fruit chaat. This simple yet seriously flavoursome pineapple recipe is an easy vegan snack dish ready in just 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • pineapple 1 ripe, peeled, cored and diced into bite-sized chunks
  • lime 1, juiced
  • chaat masala 2 tsp, see notes below
  • dried chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • sea salt ½ tsp
  • coconut yogurt to serve (optional)

Method

  • STEP 1 Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Serve with a little coconut yogurt, if you like.

Chaat masala is a spice mix typically made of dried mango powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, dried ginger and salt.
