Vegan Tofu Peanut pie

Steps to Make It

  1. Combine the tofu, peanut butter, sugar, soy milk and vanilla in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon into the pie shell. Use a Graham Cracker crust see Vegan Key Lime Pie recipe
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and serve.
