Connections with others can support, enrich, positively challenge and engage you in a way that supports & boosts your self-care. The 5 main connection areas for me are:

1. Family

2. Friends

3. Hobbies/interest groups

4. Work colleagues

5. Wider community (including social media)

– Where does your best support network lie?

– Who do you need to be spending more (or less) time with?

– Who would be good connections to have?
