Self Care focus-Be Active

FOCUS #3: ‘BE ACTIVE’

If you feel this area needs a boost, find simple and realistic ways to incorporate being active into your daily life. 

For someone who has moved from a job where I’ve been on my feet all day to one where I’m sitting down a lot, building in activities is something I need to be more proactive about. 

For me this includes:

  • Running
  • dog walking
  • gardening (weather permitting!)
  • exercise via You tube care of Joe W(ranging from 15mins to 30 mins)
  • simply getting up and walking around / stretching to get the blood flowing and the muscles moving!
