Tropical Porridge


80 gporridge
1 a handfulgoji berries
2 tbsp.sunflower seeds
15 gcoconut grated 
100 mlwater

instructions5-10 minutes

  1. 1Pour the porridge and water into a small pan, add the goji berries.
  2. 2Bring to a boil over medium heat and lower the heat as it begins to simmer. Keep stirring and add some water if it gets too dry. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3In the meantime, cut the nectarine into small pieces (you don’t have to peel it).
  4. 4Stir the nectarine through the porridge when it is ready and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds and grated coconut.
