|2 tbsp.||sunflower seeds|
|15 g||coconut grated |
- 1Pour the porridge and water into a small pan, add the goji berries.
- 2Bring to a boil over medium heat and lower the heat as it begins to simmer. Keep stirring and add some water if it gets too dry. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 3In the meantime, cut the nectarine into small pieces (you don’t have to peel it).
- 4Stir the nectarine through the porridge when it is ready and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds and grated coconut.
