A crazy good smoothie that may help manage the symptoms of endometriosis.
1/4 cup grapes
1/4 cup blueberries
1-2 tbsp flax
1-2 cups spinach
1/2 tsp turmeric
pinch black pepper
1 scoop protein powder (or 20-25g protein equivalent)
1-2 cups non-dairy milk or water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Put all ingredients together in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
